OK so some people have started to ask why our masks are a little more expensive than those on places like eBay?

It's nearly impossible to explain how the masks differ and all these people claim to be genuine, genuine by the way now appears to be irrealevant to these people. So what we decided to do was to buy one and place it next to ours and below are the results.

First of all we'd like to say we know exactly where the others get their masks from and they are cheaper than ours, but we still don't use them. They come from a factory in China which mass produces them, unfortunately this comes at the cost of quality.

As can be seen by looking at the mask to the left (ours), you can see that the colour is different. Ours is actually hand painted and the paint that we use is the right colour for the skin type needed for the Craig david mask.

What you will find with the other masks is that they tend to be too smooth and it is as if the paint smudges, any fluid gets on the mask and it seems to wash away the beard.

Another big problem with other masks is the amount of bright red that is used, the cheeks are rosie red and the lips are like they are wearing lipstick

The final problem with the masks is the amount of reflection of light they give off. If you look at the masks in the picture, you can see how one looks very shiny and the other dosen't reflect at all, that's how it should be.

The final point we'd like to make is that the thick black strap in the back of the mask is hand sewn on our, what we did find on others is that the masks have a piece of string punched through the skin of the mask with a hole puncher.
